What Happens Next
Once we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email.
Within 14 days of receiving your order we will send you proof copies of your stationery items to you so that you can check the design, wording and layout.
This will be your final chance to make any changes. If you do wish to make changes simply mark the alterations on your proofs and return them to us. We will send out new within 7 days of receiving your amendments. Once you are happy with your proofs we ask you to sign them and return them to us in the stamped addressed envelope provided.
After we have received your proofs we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the delivery address.
On the day your stationery is despatched you will receive an email to let you know that it is on its way and also to let you know the tracking number (if applicable)
We recommend allowing a minimum of four weeks from ordering your stationery to it being delivered. Should you require your stationery more quickly please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help.
