Choosing Your Stationery
All of our stationery is custom made and personalised to your specification, here is a step by step guide to choosing and tailoring your stationery to your requirements.
Step One
Browse our website to see the full range of designs available.
Step Two
Select your favourite design and order a sample pack
Sample packs contain accurate colour examples and swatches of the options available for your chosen design. We highly recommend ordering a sample pack prior to placing your order.
Step Three
Select the colourway your would like to have the design produced in from the options available.
If you would like your chosen design to be created in a bespoke colourway please contact us to discuss this. There is a small one off fee of £15.00 for this service.
Step Four
Choose the base card you would like your stationery to be printed on.
Options available are: white laid, ivory laid, cream laid and 100% recycled white card.
Step Five
Select the ribbon colour you would like (not applicable to all designs / items) .
Ribbon charts are included in sample packs where applicable.
Step Six
Choose the wording your would like to be used on your stationery. We have some suggestions on our website, if you can't find anything appropriate please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with some further examples. If you haven't finalised your wording you can still place your order, just let us know that you will be supplying the wording at a later date.
Once you have placed your order we will contact you within 48 hours to request your wording, if you prefer you can email it directly to info@heartanddesign.co.uk please include your order number and full name in the message. If you haven't finalised your wording just let us know when we contact you.
Step Seven
Work out the quantities you will require for each item.
Don't forget that you will only need to order one invitation per household (not one per guest!) plus a few spares.
Step Eight
Place your order either online or by using the order form enclosed in your sample pack.
