Civil Partnership Invitation Wording - Suggestions and Examples
There are no rules when it comes to choosing the wording you would like to use in your Civil Partnership invitations - be it funny and quirky or more formal traditional wording, the choice is yours! We are happy to produce your Civil Partnership invitations with what ever wording your choose!
The main things to remember to include when writing the wording for your invitations are:
- Where the ceremony will take place - remember to include the full address and postcode as this will help your guests plan their route.
- The date of your Civil Partnership ceremony - its always useful to include the actual day not just the date i.e. Monday 14th July 2014.
- The time you would like your guests to arrive - this could be slightly earlier than the time your ceremony will commence so that you can ensure all of your guests are in their seats promptly - try to not make it too early though, unless you have arrange pre-ceremony drinks to be served, or your guests will be left hanging around. Fifteen minutes is usually sufficient.
- Rsvp details - it can be a good idea to include a date by which you would like your guests to reply by as well as the contact details. Include the contact details that both you and your guests will find most convenient - this can be an address, telephone number, email address and we have in some cases include facebook details! The more ways you put for your guest to rsvp by, the more likely they are to reply promptly with no need for you to chase them up.
